Do you do custom tours?

YES! I can customize any tour as well as provide private tours for a more intimate setting, however all of my tours tend to be on the smaller size in comparison to traditional tour companies.

What tour do I choose?

I understand this is a hard one! There are so many amazing things on the island and they are not really close together. You can EASILY spend all your time driving if you don't plan things correctly. I can help you maximize time in each location. People often contact me wanting to visit a green sand beach, a black sand beach, the hot springs and waterfalls all in one day. This is not the type of tour I do as we would spend all our time driving and not really ENJOYING any of the locations. I don't provide tours where we quickly visit things in order to check them off the list. I provide EXPERIENCES! When you schedule a tour with me I will make sure we are optimizing our time at each location we visit and give you TONS of pro tips for planning other excursions on your own.

What is your refund policy?

Full refunds are given 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date. After that no refunds are given as I have blocked out time, turned other tours away and made other arrangements in order to give you the best experience possible. I will cancel tours and give refunds if the weather conditions will be unsafe but that is rare. I don't cancel due to rain (rain boots!), and we RARELY get lightening. Old Hawaiian saying, "if you don't do things in the rain.......you don't do things!" So we come prepared for anything. Rain coats, ponchos, rain boots, dry change of clothes in the car, etc! Remember your childlike sense of adventure and welcome the rain and all it provides us and Mother Earth! We don't hide from the rain here, we play in it!
If you are unable to attend a tour that you booked due to illness or injury, you can attend any other already scheduled tour, for your same tour or one of EQUAL value, up to one year in the future.

What are the best shoes to wear?

I have suggest shoe options for each tour under the notes sections on my tour page. This isn't my first rodeo, please take my suggestions for optimal comfort!
